If you're not happy with your purchase, please just drop it back in the post to us along with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter and we'll issue you with a full refund. No hassles and no 'restocking' fees or any other fees at all. You will have to return the items at your own expense, though, and we do recommend that you use a signed for or tracked method of return. You do have a duty of care over the goods until they're returned to us, which includes them going missing in the post on the way back.

It goes without saying (although we'll say it anyway) that you do need to take care of the goods and maintain them in a reasonable condition if you think you're going to return them, including not staining stamps with ink.

If items are delivered incorrectly due to an error on our part we will, of course, correct this promptly for you at our cost.
